Dreams - Erdington

Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by Rebecca who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the type of mattress which would be suitable for myself and husband. We were offered a drink as soon as we walked in, everybody friendly which is a great start. The order was placed very promptly and delivery was also very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

I went into the Erdington dreams store having the intentions of just looking for an ideal bed that I would like, (as I’m having my room redecorated) upon arrival I was welcomed by an employee named Donna who was very friendly and knowledgable about the products you sell. I informed her I was just looking for an ideal bed and instantly fell in love with an over bed storage wardrobe set. Donna states it was 3 for 2 and continued to be very helpful with sizing and fitting if I do wish to have it. I went home and measured my bed room and within an hour returned with to the shop to purchase the Florida storage bed set. I was over the moon with the purchase and wish to thank Donna once again for all her help. We returned the next day to purchase a Tv bed that is within price range and Donna was there to assist us with all the questions we needed answering, we was so happy with her customer service skills that we decided to purchase the Tv bed. Donna has helped us so much within the past 2 days of our arrival and so happy that we chose dreams. Thank you

my wife and i have completely different requirements when it comes to choosing a bed and this was taken care of by a great member of staff and we left very happy with the service

At first we came in looking just for a mattress but couldn’t see what we wanted then Becky assisted us and before long we found a mattress that suited us both and then me for our son and although we only came for mattresses we saw a bed and Becky again talked us through the product and we fell in love with it.

Store assistants were very polite and friendly. Very professional.

Donna was very professional without being over pushy. she gave us great advice and got us to use the dreams bed machine to help us choose the mattress that we needed she was confident and considerate, making sure we had pillows etc when trying the beds she was patient with us as we tried a lot of beds before we made our choice

The lady who dealt with us was amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and amazing with our little boy ... going off and finding him a ballon etc

I was served by Lynne, who went out of her way to understand my requirements and made suggestions for products that I would not have tried alone. Despite challenging circumstances ( a very busy Saturday in the store and many customers), Lynne was friendly helpful and patient, without pushing to close the sale quickly. I felt that I had had the opportunity to make the correct decision to suit my needs.
