Dreams - Erdington

We did not intend to buy a bed & mattress today...but we were looking round an Rebecca the assistant asked if we would like to be put on the bed that can tell what mattress fits both our needs..she showed us a few mattress and were very happy with Rebecca...we had some banter with her which in these times was very nice.

Donna who assisted me was very informative and gave me time to discuss my options with the person with me, coffee was offered and excepted and although I went in with an idea of what I wanted it was totally different to what I bought but I am very happy with purchase

The staff were knowledgable and helpful, Tracey offered plenty of useful support.

Helpful, friendly service, clean store, staff very welcoming, even got a cup of coffee!

Andy was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time explaining each type of mattress and product type.

Friendly staff, very helpful

greeted by a lovely smile by a lady named Donna,talked us both through everything we needed.

We went to Dreams with the intent of buying a certain brand of bed, but after Andy had let us go on the sleep test machine we were amazed with the other products available and settled on a totally different item which suited us better.

Becky was very welcoming when we arrived she explained the technology for assessing the correct mattress which we used and was very impressed. She helped me to try mattresses suitable for myself and was not in any way pushy she helped me make a good decision and was very friendly and professional at all times. I will recommend the service to others.
