Donna was excellent help when choosing a bed for my mother. She was very easy to comunicate with and very pleasant. She gave my mother a sleepmatch and a pillow to try out the mattresses that she was matched too. We then had a coffee and the craic, mom would have loved a guiness, and settled for a tea. We also learned that Turtles in turkey bite. We had a great experience.

Website unable to use to pay bill. Repeatedly having to call as the phone would just ring out.

I am very indecisive and Tracey was very patient with me and was a pleasure to be with throughout the entire experience.

I had been looking on line and at other retailers for a new bed. I always thought Dreams were too expensive and had high pressure sales people, how wrong I was. From the minuet I entered the store the staff were friendly, not too much however and I didn't feel pressured at any stage. Donna was very knowledgeable and directed us to try the mattress selector, my two boys Oliver 10 and Gabe 7 were highly amused to see mum and dad on the bed in the shop. The mattress selector chose the mattress we already had so great job guys. We had coffee and Donna even made a week tea for my boys. I never thought I would say this but it was a pleasurable experience spending nearly £2000, especially when I was even shopping for a new mattress. Great job guys and if all your store have staff as good as Donna and products that are high quality and competitively priced, your business is safe. Becky was approachable, knowledgeable and attentive during our time. Made us drinks, gave the kids balloons and allowed us privacy to discuss our purchase options

Donna our shop assistant was really helpful. We haven't purchased a bed for over 10 years so had no idea what to look for or what option to choose. Donna showed us the sleepwatch system for both me and my Partner, which was really impressive. we were then showed various options of different mattresses and beds before we made our decision. Would definitely recommend this store for the friendliness of all the staff.

The assistance provided by Donna was brilliant. Her knowledge, advice and honesty regarding the products that would best suit me were definitely what made me buy the products today. She was friendly, provided both my mother and I with a drink, ensured we tried the sleep match and ensured we had a pillow on every bed we tried. She couldn't do enough for us!!!!!
