I needed a new mattress very quickly as my son has moved back in with us and it was late in the day. Luckily the staff were very helpful and the store had 1 in stock for us to take away.

The customer assistant that we spoke with (Tracey) is just awesome. So friendly and yet highly professional. She made the whole process very easy and simple. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and how best to describe/ explain them . In my opinion I think she should be in running for staff of the year!.

The sales assistant listened to what we wanted and responded well with choice ti match our request plus being in our budget.

The whole experience was enjoyable. The technology of matching us to the ideal mattress was superb(and fun) The range of products to choose from was great and all options fully explained and explored. The sales person who assisted us throughout (Tracey) was fantastic. She clearly enjoys her job and was knowledgable, efficient, courteous, personable and highly effective. We were only intending to buy a lower budget guest bed and ended up happily buying an expensive replacement bed for ourselves and will be likely to buy a repeat order in the new year for our guest room.

The assistant, Donna, was very informative, friendly, helpful and welcoming. She totally understood my needs and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. The whole team were friendly too. The sleep match is great as it means you get to try the mattresses that are right for you rather than trying to find the right one yourself. A great piece of tech. Would definitely return.

The store is clean and the staff are friendly and don’t jump on you as soon as you walk in, like some other stores. We approached Becky for assistance and we felt she totally supported and informed us with everything we considered buying and then bought. Becky was brilliant and even suggested things we hadn’t thought of yet that we would have missed if we went home without. Really pleased with the service!

It all came to the quality of customer service that Becki gave. We came a few weeks earlier and were approached by another of your staff and he showed little interest. We decided to browse again and were approached within a few minutes by Becki and thereafter the whole process was a joy. For information we were looking at spending around £400, however with her knowledge and attention to detail we decided we would utilise her input and upgraded our requirements. If you could take the time out we would appreciate it, if you did inform her, as excellent work is not always recognised and extend our appreciation. We shopped at the branch on Kingsbury Road, at Ravenside Retail Park ( Mrs Zakia Parveen & Mr Saddique Hussain)

As we walked in we got given a friendly hello from Andy and asked if we would like any help, after stating we would like to have a look around he left us alone to do so, when we were ready to have some assistance Andy was there straight away. He was very patient with me and gave me lots of help and advise in getting the right products for me as I was dubious to be spending so much money, but he gave me a good range of options at different price points so I didn’t feel any pressure on spending a higher amount of money.
