Your Assistant, Becky is such an efficient, attentive and knowledgeable young woman. She has a sparkling personality and great communication & customer service skills. She was fabulous and it was a pleasure to meet her.

After many weeks looking for new bed and being over whelmed how many mattresses there are on the market. Dreams made it all so easy to choose with the information they gave us. Wish we had gone to Dreams first

I placed my order in store, even though I came to browse. The computerised bed sensor helped to find various options of the ideal mattress specifically to your body shape, weight and sleeping pattern. The Assistant focus on my needs,as well as knowledgeable about each mattress options. Payment method option plan was affordable and monthly over a period of time. Overall exceptional service and colleagues working as a team, when additional suggestion is required.

Such a lovely team who worked there on Monday 20th September. Made me feel welcome and no pressure from anyone to buy. The two ladies who were there are a credit to your team

Was a lovely atmosphere when we walked in the store made even better by Claire who may I say is a real asset to your store..she was amazing , spent so much time with us making sure we made the right decision with no pressure at all. We tried so many mattresses and was laughing all the time turned out the trip that we were dreading was an absolutely lovely experience .. made even better by the quick delivery date.. well done Dreams will definitely recommend to others .

We were served by Donna. Donna was helpful informative and friendly we were given help and advice to find the best products for us. Donna listened to what our requirements were and advised us accordingly we were able to make a purchase confident that we had made a good choice. My granddaughters particularly enjoyed the experience of the electronic mattress assessment ! Thank you Donna x

We where exception happy with the service we got from the manager with asking us was we alright did we need any help and we told her what we was looking for and she called a member of her staff in which the ladies name was Donna.who looked after us for the next hour to choose the bed we wanted and mattress and put us on the machine to see which mattress was best for us.The service was very good from donna

Andy was very thorough and taken care of us very politley. He explained every thing even before we asked. He explained the bed testing feature, what the difference and helped us make the decision. He was quite keen that we are happy with our purchase than selling something. Andy did a fantastic job..very happy customer here
