I did not realise the amount of different things needed to purchase your own ideal bed, the 2 members of staff ( Tracey and Lynne ) that helped where very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they made me feel at ease and even showed me the best pillows to have for a better nights sleep. Nothing was too much to ensure that I had the best experience to choose my purchase.

Andrew (the assistant) was very helpful and appeared to understand my needs.

Friendly Range of beds

We decided to pop in the store to have a look around. Soon after entering an Assitant came and asked if she could help. We tried the sleep simulating bed and then Donna show us the beds that this suggested. We were very pleased with this service and did save us time on trying out lots of other beds.

The assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed.

The assistant, Andy, was very helpful and patient.

Donna was extremely helpful and friendly, she was able to answer questions confidently and knowledgeably. I felt confident that Donna had our best interests at heart and truly wanted us to be happy with our choice of bed and mattress. I particularly liked how Donna didn't just want to make a 'hard sell' like many sales assistants at other bed shops visited. The whole experience was lovely and we would definitely return for future purchases.
