Very friendly and helpful staff. Tracey gave us a lot of information and was friendly and helpful and not pushy.

Becky in store was fantastic and took the time to speak with us without any pressure to buy. She was thorough and we came away very happy.

I have a back injury and have just come out of hospital after spending 4 days in there. We went to the Erdington Birmingham store and met Tracey who was AMAZING! Not only was she very knowledgable but she also sympathised with my difficulty in getting on and off the beds to try them out. At NO TIME WHATSOEVER did I feel like she was rushing me or was annoyed with me. She was just incredibly friendly and accommodating and when we need to replace the bed in the spare room, I will have absolutely NO HESITATION in going back to that store - but only if Tracey is still there!!

The assistant Rebecca, was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and really helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure, If I have to visit again I would hope she would still be there to assist. We visited the Ravenside retail park in Erdington, and found a good selection of beds to choose from. We lay on the sleepmatch machine, which helped with our choice and made it so much easier to find the right bed. I called our son at home and got him to come to the store and try the machine, ended up us buying him a new mattress as well.

Visited the Erdington store on Saturday afternoon, we knew roughly what we were looking for but it is still a bit of a mine field so many different products out there, we were approached by Donna the assistant who was very helpful and so we tried the bed that calculates different point of your body, which then gave results of what type would be best suited to us, eventually we ordered the tempur mattress and delivery is a week (bonus)! Donna was helpful, friendly and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want ….Thanks Donna.
