Really excellent service from Tracey. She actually remembered us from a previous visit, some months earlier. She even remembered the exact mattress that we had chosen. !!! On the basis of Tracey's customer service alone, I wouldn't hesitate to use Dreams again, or to recommend Dreams to family or friends. In fact, we returned between our first visit & this one to purchase two new mattresses for our children's beds.

Donna was very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful and makes a fantastic cuppa.She helped us buy a life changing bed and mattress,and made the process of upgrading our sleep enjoyable.

The assistance received in choosing the bed was very good. The product knowledge of Tracey is very good and helped me and my wife choose the product we liked best.

Our needs were understood & the different ranges of mattresses explained we then went on the machine which measured what would support us best.

Donna was excellent throughout , without being pushy showed us options to meet a variety of prices and felt like we received good customer service Everything from moment we walked in to when we left felt valued as customers great service

We found the assistant Tracey to be knowledgeable and very helpful, she did not put any pressure on myself or my partner. We found her polite and courteous and she offered us a cup of tea while we discussed our decision.

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed by Donna (turtle lady). After having our bed test, Donna was very thorough and patiant explaining all of the products in the store. We were offered tea or coffee while we tested numerous beds and pillows. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Any questions we asked were answered precisely and explained very well. We genuinely can not fault a single thing with our experience today. We also loved the story Donna told us from her holiday mishap.We will be recommending Dreams to many of our friends for future purchases.Thank you for such a great shopping experience.
