Tracey and colleague were excellent, Tracey dealt with our entire transaction. Took the time to explain the full products with us and dealt with us on a very relatable level that was refreshing and went down well.

I was given all the knowledge and information I needed to purchase the bed and mattress I have chosen. Rebecca explained everything to me and gave me options to suit my self. She didn’t try to sell me anything or pressure me in any way and left the choice to me from start to end. I had my two children with me that were getting restless the staff were so kind and made my children drinks and made them part of the process of choosing a bed and mattress.

Extremely warm and friendly welcome from the lady helping us as soon as we walked in the door, nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient with us, fantastic customer service
