Sales staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find the items we had seen online and also showed us I store equivalents on the online ones they didn’t have in store

Becky's customer service was great, we brought beds last year, but we had a problem with my partner snoring so we needed advice on a mattress that needed to suit our needs for my back that aches and partner that snores so we went for a tempur mattress and adjustable bed, Becky understood our needs and took her time with us to give great customer service thanks again Becky

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams as when I walked in the andrew said hello and left us to have a look round and then offered his assistance which is lovely not to be jumped on, when testing beds he was very good showing me round what beds were suitable to me. Defiantly going back to dreams for my sisters next bed. Great visit

I needed a new mattress but I hadn't a clue where to start. Tracey made the whole experience very enjoyable. After the bed test I tried several mattresses until I found one that was just right. I may add that for the first time in a long time I found a friendly, polite and knowledgeable assistant.
