The gentleman who served me was polite, friendly and knowledgable. He was very helpful and even helped me to my car with my purchase. I had purchased a similar product previously and wanted the same or similar again and he was able to check my previous purchase and advise me on similar products available.

The assistant was very knowledgable and helped me to choose the right products for my needs. I felt looked after and was even offered a cup of tea.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we needed assistance and offered a drink. I explained that I wasn't definitely going to make a purchase today. There was no hard sell. Andy was very knowledgeable , helpful and personable. I advised what matress I previously bought from dreams in Tamworth and he showed me a few similar ones. I asked to look at the tempur ones and decided to buy. He knew about the matress and advised that it keeps your body temperature cool. The matress felt very comfortable. Andy mentioned that it was available on interest free credit. I paid a deposit and placed the order. I also got £100 off and 2 tempur pillows in with price. Very pleased.

Went in thinking we'd spend about £500 on a mattress, came out after buying a £2399 mattress. Although far more than we planned on spending we were so impressed with how comfy the mattress was that we felt it was worth in. Becky stopped with us the entire time to give advice and did not pressure us in any way.

The member of staff was very nice and allowed me the time to phone my Daughter and arrange the delivery details. She understood when I was explaining about toilet training my granddaughter and took the tien to explain and show me the mattress protector and the guarentee for the mattress.
