Becky was attentive but not pressuring and polite throughout my visit answering all relevant questions and quoting pricing combinations

All staff very friendly and obviously enjoyed their work. Very knowledgeable and eager to find out what we wanted so that they could show us only what was appropriate.

Upon entering the store I was approached and asked if I needed assistance. When I told the assistant what I was looking for she pointed me in the right direction and gave me advice.

On entering the store my wife and I were greeted by a member of staff but left alone to wonder around the store. Only after being in store a few minutes did a member of staff politely ask if we would like some assistance. We were taken to a measuring machine which predicted what type of mattress would suit us best. The member of staff spent much time running round the store allowing us to try and retry mattress after mattress. She was able to demonstrate the benefits of different manufacturing processes and quality of materials used. The staff were well presented, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We liked the computer bed that narrowed the choice for us, and helpfulness of Lynne. We were not rushed or pressurised. It was good to be able to test appropriate matresses. The coffee was nice too!

Excellent customer service, with excellent advice on purchase. Made a lovely cup of tea too! Easy and stress free.

Made to feel very welcome, no pressure to buy, just good honest advice from Donna on the shop floor (made a good cuppa also!)

The assistant, Tracey, understood what we were looking for immediately. She gave us 4 choices of divans and mattresses in our price range and all at lower prices than we had anticipated. We only ‘popped in to look’ the day before, but her bright and breezy attitude and product knowledge convinced us to return the following day to make our purchase. Tracey remembered us and what we’d been looking for. She was happy to chat while we did the paperwork and paid. In fact, the whole experience was most enjoyable! If the delivery all goes smoothly and the bed is as good as the one in the showroom, then Dreams will definitely have more of our custom in future. Thank you!
