Very good & very helpful

The assistant was Brilliant, she understood what we wanted. Took us the the right mattresses and got us to compare and understand the types of mattresses.

I walked in was made feel comfortable and was able to chose my sons first bed and mattress and was very happy with the customer service

I went to the store twice and was impressed with your member of staff Donna and Lynne from there product knowlegde to understanding my needs.

It was a pleasure to meet Donna who was so helpful pleasant and polite. I spent a lot more money than I intended to, but I think my wife and I will be delighted with our new mattress.

Clare in the store was extremely helpful, she was knowledgable and gave us some great advise. She was friendly and made us feel at ease. I would definitely be shopping in that store again.

The service we received was excellent. Donna took time to talk to us about our needs and expectations and did everything she could to help us. We felt that we were guided to the right product rather than being sold to.

WE WERE GREETED BY SALES ASSISTANT DONNA AS WE ENTERED THE STORE ,WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND SHE MENTIONED THE BED WE COULD LIE ON TO SEE WHAT BED WE WOULD REQUIRE . DONNA THE RESULTS WERE IN SHE SHOWED US SEVERAL OPTIONS BEFORE WE DECIDED ON THE PRODUCT WE WANTED

Donna was fabulous. We came in on Friday evening and although the systems were having issues she dealt with us quickly and efficiently, went above and beyond, and we left happier than expected.

So much better than other stores.
