I was really surprised how we literally just walked in and Donna came over to us, we gave her our requirements and she quickly understood what we wanted and started to recommend even with her personal experience. Donna gives a good sales pitch :-)

Customer service was excellent and very friendly price was great and the young girl Rebecca was very friendly and knowledgeable overall a good experience and not pushy at all I would use this store again

We were greeted in the store by Donna who advised us to use the bed machine in store to find our perfect bed and mattress. Once having the results she went through all our options and explained what would be best for us. She took time to go around the store with us and even pushed our little baby Verity in her pushchair around the store while we tired out the beds and even the Pillows. She was very friendly and informative and is a credit to your company! We will be back in the future due to this great customer service! What an enjoyable experience!

The computerised programme that Dreams use to detect the suitable mattress for me was excellent use of service. It made me bought the perfect mattress and I cannot wait to try it. . The price was affordable for me . I believed I was offered something to drink . The store has a welcoming feeling

Good service and our assistant Becky took the time and trouble to help us and make recommendations. She was very knowledgeable and patient, not pushy, which we really appreciated.
