The approach, support, detailed knowledge and assistant we had from Lynne was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we understood our options and spent time allowing us to test out the mattress , pillows etc till we were satisfied we had the right ones for us.

Jorge was excellent with us showing us around the store and letting us try different beds and giving us a pillow to use he was very knowledgable and has excellent customer service skills we noticed he had a speech impediment but this never slowed him down and was great with us

I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the Store, the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in helping me to decide which bed to chose for my personal needs, there was no hard sell and no rush, every part of my purchase was explained in detail from start to finish. All in all a very pleasant experience and a lovely cup of tea while I sealed the deal.

I think that I have finally found a bed that suits me and will help me get a better night's sleep.

Salesman ( Andy ). Very helpful .Put me on the "Test Bed " to check what type of mattress was most suitable & then showed me a choice of the beds which were most suitable for me.

The staff were very knowkedgeable about the mattress type we wanted. They were plesant and polite and made us feel important. There was no rushing us to make a decision we were able to take our time to test the mattresses and find the one suitable for us. The staff were great, especially Donna at the Erdington store.
