Staff super. Offered a drink.very nice had hot chocolate. Very friendly staff.Dealt with Tracey. We dealt with her 2 years ago while buying a mattress. Very satisfied.

Jorge, the colleague who assisted us, explained the products in depth. He took the time to understand our needs and did not pressure us into decision making. We couldn’t decide what mattress to get and spent over 25 minutes searching for the right one- Jorge really took his time and applied his knowledge to help us find the perfect bed. The other members of staff were also really friendly, creating a lovely shopping experience. We also love Dreams offer different slate types- we were after solid slates and the option for this cannot be found in many places. We would like to thank Jorge and the members of staff at Raven Side Dreams- we finally found a perfect bed and mattress.

My wife recently passed away & I have found dealing with tasks normally carried out with her with you have been difficult, the help given by the lady in the shop made things so much easier than I expected, I have never bought a bed in my life until now & Tracey was kind, understanding & above all very patient, lovely lady.

Donna took time to find the correct mattresses and beds for myself and my wife and also my daughter, she was very helpful and we must of tried five or six mattresses to find the most comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble . Thanks Donna.

Donna provided excellent customer service she greeted me and my partner as we came in and offered to help us, I was after a mattress she explained and showed us the different types of mattresses that were available we sat down and went through the quote of the mattress that I was interested in. A printed quote was given alongside with the delivery dates that were available. Professional level of customer service offered. Will definitely be back soon for more things In the future.
