Staff member asked us what we were after and didn't try to sell us more expensive things but recommended better things that was just slightly higher in price but more fitting for our needs and price range

Donna was excellent . She spent a lot of time with us helping us find the right mattress, base and headboard. Her product knowledge was very good and she was able to answer all our questions and guided us to make the correct choice. She was very friendly, personable and is deserving of recognition for her customer focus. We hope she will receive due recognition from her management for her efforts.

Quality of the service by Donna at Erdington store. She had excellent product knowledge, spent a long time helping and advising us and was extremely professional in her role.

Plenty of help immediately. Patience from Andy while we tried many beds with various pillows as we both suffer with back pain . The main thing for me was support for my back while lying on it as ordinary beds tend to give no support and cause a lot of pain. He obviously knew what he was talking about which gave us confidence in choosing the bed we did

From the moment we walked in we were approached by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were allowed to browse the store on our own without any hassle and only received assistance when it was required which was very assuring. The woman at the desk offered us a hot or cold drink and was very bubbly and took the time to look after our needs. The purchase and delivery options were quick and easy.

Me and my husband came to your store ravenside retail and was greeted by Jorge he gave us alot of information about the different beds was very helpful we did not feel pressured by him and he gave us time to decide which we thought was very nice very friendly staff Jorge was excellent a credit to the store

Donna was a great saleswoman and was attentive to what we needed. She was happy to help and had full knowledge of the products.

We were really pleased with the service that Andrew gave us, which was the best mattress for our needs , and he was not pushy , [ which puts me off].so yes highly satisfied, thank you, looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Me and my wife we received a warm welcome from Jorge Customer Service Assistance from Erdington.He understood our needs and made us feel relax in choosing a bed and took us through the whole process with patience. He treated us with VIP treatment we were so happy.We were not sure what type of mattress to choose.He helped us to choose the right mattress especially for my wife's lower back problem.
