From the time we entered the store we felt we were given time to browse round without being hounded by sales people. But once approached was looked after and felt at ease.

Very helpful and friendly staff

The member of staff (Becky) was very friendly & knowledgable when she approached us & helped us a lot. She never made us feel rushed, allowing us to retry beds again in order to help us make our decision. The store was nice & clean & tidy, with plenty of room to move around.

The gentleman that served us was absolutely brilliant... extremely helpful and professional. He really listened to what we wanted and had fantastic customer service skills. Everyone at the store was so friendly.

We entered the store and were left alone to browse for 5 minutes. We were then approached by a gentleman called Andy and were asked if we would like some help. We explained that we were looking to purchase a new bed and mattress. After a few questions we were shown a few options and then asked if we would like to try a new machine that measures the shape and contours of your body to help choose the perfect mattress for us. We obliged and it was a great experience just pop a few details into the machine lie down and off you go. We were shown the options that the machine had picked that suited our body and shape. After lying down on the different options for a few minutes each time we eventually decided on the bed for us. The whole team at Dreams ensured that our visit ran smoothly from start to finish. We are now awaiting the arrival of our new bed. Thanks to the team at Dreams.

Friendly helpful staff, they didnt jump on you as soon as you walk in the store. Tracey gave us time to shop around and come back to us after we browsed a few items from the range. She was very informative about the products and had a bubbly, friendly personality which made the buying of a mattress that day so pleasant. I didn't go in today to buy a mattress just simply to shop around but with the great savings, amazing statf and buy now pay later i thought what a great opportunity

All staff were friendly and professional. Tracey had great knowledge of products and was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right bedframe mattress and headboard we required.
