The lady that assisted me was very patient and understanding of my needs, measuring headboard due to the location of a light switch in my house that I had to consider when choosing the height of the headboard.

The customer service assistant was polite, built a rapport with us and understood what we needed. She advised us of the options available and assisted us in making the choice that was right for us. She helped us choose a bed that was good for us and within our budget and assisted us with a payment plan that was Convenient. We are looking forward to a brand new bed, good sleep and sweet dreams😊.

Your staff were very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgable and helped me to make the decision to purchase after exploring all options available and, as a bonus, I came in with my grand-daughter who is 2 and busy, busy, busy, they were very friendly and patient with her making her feel involved in the whole process (I was buying a single bed for her).
