Staff were very friendly and welcoming, didn't give it the hard sell, and had knowledge of the products that I was interested. Store was clean and tidy and offered a wide selection. As a first time customer I would highly recommend.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I was reluctant to use this Dreams store after my previous visit some years ago but the difference was like day and night. They took time to explain variations and products. My Mrs gets nervous but it was genuinely like dealing with friends, I know that sounds corny but it’s true. They went above and beyond and considering I want actually going to buy anything on this visit they were such a pleasure to deal with I didn’t want to go anywhere else. They weren’t pushy and didn’t pounce as soon as you entered the store but were available when needed. If ever I get jumped on as soon as I enter a shop I automatically turn around and walk out so a huge well done to all of them not just the gentleman who made the sale.

Donna the assistant at the store had great knowledge of the product I bought and was very friendly.

How nice ito go to a store and be looked after. Had to wait a while as a couple were being dealt with. We were offered a drink by lynne who after a while came to deal with us. Then a young man, Andy took over. Everything was done very carefully and everything explained to us. Now have to wait for our delivery date.
