How nice to go to a store and be looked after. Had to wait a while as a couple were being dealt with, but we were offered a cup of coffee by Lynne who after a while came to deal with us. Andy then took over. He was very helpful and everything was done very carefully, and everything explained to us. We now have to wait to be advised of our delivery date.

The lady called Lyn at the branch is very helpful and patience she understand what we need for this type of bed, and she also explain very clearly make sure that we know every details before placing the order. Very friendly. 👍

Lots of help from sales assistant

Tracey (the lady serving us) was very welcoming and knowledgeable, she made us feel very welcome and comfortable during both our visits to dreams. The store was very well laid out with colour coded bed types making it very easy to identify at a glance what we were looking for.

Andy gave me his full attention, didn't try to hurry me and was very knowledgeable about the range of products. He also listened to what I was saying to ensure I got the products that were right for me.

high quality beds. good customer service. provided with free pillows for kids. fittings provided but at a price if was cheaper would be great.

Very friendly and helpful staff - very knowledgeable - Jorge. He carried the mattress to my vehicle and help me load it.

Donna our assistant was very accommodating, very friendly, very informative, Donna did not try to force any product on, Donna informed us the discount and the different types of products.

Donna was very knowledgeable about all the products and their specifications and explained technical jargon so I understood it. She also remembered the ones I liked and gave her opinion without making me feel pressured.
