The girl named Donna was very knowledgable and took all the stress out of me buying a bed, as it’s been a long time since I bought one, She was really helpful.

Went to the dreams in erdington, the assistant was extremely friendly and helpful, knew a lot about the products and helped us pick out what we needed.

As soon as we visited Dreams Donna was there to help us. She spoke in depth about each different bed and helped us along the process in selecting our bed. Her knowledge was superb and we felt really pleased with the service we received so therefore we purchased our new bed frame and mattress. We were even offered a refreshment whilst in the store.
