Lynne was very informative could not wish for better customer service we were given plenty of time to make our final decision.

Assistant Becky was extremely helpful as I had no idea of which type of bed I was looking for. Very patient and understanding.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was able to explain in great detail the various mattress information. She knew her products and we were very impressed by the whole experience.

I was worried about buying a new bed today but Donna was very helpful made us feel at ease she wasn't pushy like some salespeople can be and we felt that she really did listen to what our needs were and helped us buy pillows to suit our needs thanks again Donna

To be honest me and the wife was going to the range to look at Christmas decorations (even tho it’s September) and we decided to pop in to dreams and have a look. My plan was to see what firmness was best for us and then order from next but it didn’t go to plan. After being impressed with the computer that told us whats best and how impressive, friendly and knowledgable the sales lady was we purchased a templur. Although my wife wasn’t impressed after due to my unwillingness to do any more shopping we are both looking forward to our new mattress

The assistant whose name was Rubal was fantastic !!! Extremely patient with all the questions that i fired at him , he showed all the ranges that were within our budget and concentrated on our needs for comfort and well being regarding a matress to suit , he did a sleep match on the calibration bed , this guy could sell a stereo to a deaf person or a none braille book to a blind man !!!!! He wasnt pushy he was extremely pleasant and helpful and i couldnt believe the patience he has got , he turned all my negativity into positiveness he really was great , a brilliant ambassador for The DREAMS COMPANY , My partner is sick with cancer and wasnt well Rubal accommodated him and was extremely helpful !!! Well done Rubal , what a great man to have working for you i hope hes still with the company when i need a new matress !!!!! 10 out of 10 for everything he did , his knowledge , his patience, his understanding, his guidance , the list is endless !!! Rubal is based at the Kingsbury road store , this man could follow his DREAMS and go far !!!

Andrew looked after us perfectly whilst we were looking for our new mattress. he explained everything regarding the sleep machine and then took us to each mattress in turn and explained how it differed from the one before. Couldn't have been better.

The assisstant was fantastic. She seemed genuinely interested to advise us of the products for us. She was very considerate to my elderly mother.
