Absolutely excellent service from Andy, he couldn't explain enough for us and was so very friendly. Such a nice change to be served with excellence. Also Lynne who put us into the pod to start with. Tracey at the end who found my glasses which I lost whilst trying out the beds! These people are an asset to your company.

The sales assistant Rebecca was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We purchased the same bed as we did 3 years ago but in Kingsize.

Lynne and Tracey were both extremely helpful and a credit to your business. As a general rule I detest furniture shopping in stores. Lynne and Tracey made me a coffee and made the whole process much better than I expected. Thank you

Helpful, friendly staff. Not too pushy either. Did not pester us at all. Dont like being leapt on as soon as your in the door.. The two staff members i dealt with seemed very knowledgeable..

The sales person was polite and tended to our needs

We were helped by Donna immediately we entered the store. She helped with choice of colour and style of headboard. Was well informed with the quality and specifics of the products. Sorting out interest free payment was easy and made the most sense for us. All round Donna was excellent.

Tracey noticed us immediately and asked if we needed guidance. I explained what I was looking for, and she took us straight to the right section of the store. She gave us time to try mattresses out, and provided me w ith a hot drink while I was thinking.

Friendly staff

We were highly satisfied because the staff at Dreams (Kingsbury Rd, Birmingham) were very friendly and welcoming, even on a Monday morning! The staff member, Andy, was wonderful as he listened to us, evaluating what we needed, and had tremendous patience whilst we kept testing various bed mattresses. Also, a simple thing like being offered tea and coffee as we entered the store makes all the difference in my opinion; it certainly makes the shopping experience more enjoyable! This is what I call 'customer service'! Well done Dreams staff!
