Donna was pleasant and very helpful during our visit, with lots of advice regarding the items that we purchased. She assisted us, showing the difference in the mattresses and pillows. Very helpful all round.

We were not pressured in anyway and given time to make our own decisions.

I got a lovely hello from the assistant Tracey even though she was attending another customer. Jorge was friendly with me as we tried to find the bed I wanted. Tracey joined when I was not sure of the mattress I was looking for, the one she recommended was perfect and cheaper was very happy about this. Both Tracey and Jorge was so helpful that I purchased some bed side tables and was told about a three for two deal which I took advantage of. Tracey was fantastic at explaining the insurance cover that I took out the cover for eight year which is excellent. I got some discount for a sheet protector and weekend delivery, they were great around the delivery date. They both made me feel very special and couldn't do enough for me. They are both a credit to your company. Tracey also shown great coaching style with Jorge I thought too.

Jorge the sales assistant introduced himself soon after we started looking around, did not feel pressurised to make a purchase. Jorge was very helpful and able to answer or get an answer to the questions we had. We went back later as did not intend to purchase the bed for the value spent, but placed the order and also ordered a second mattress. Good experience all round well done to Jorge and Andy

Friendly informative member of staff changed an inquiring visit into my buying two beds (+mattress) with sales discount making me feel I got good value for money, I even got a coffee that I was not expecting as staff member Tracey ran through the options and completed my order including arranging collection of my old beds.

It was my second visit having not made up my mind and not sure what I wanted the first time, I’d also looked elsewhere but still didn’t feel ready to make a decision maybe i’d just not felt like i’d found the right bed - I wasn’t sure if I wanted help to decide either but your sales lady was helpful without being pushy and really knowledgeable and although I spent far more than I had intended I left feeling confident I’d made the right choice and can’t wait for my new purchase to arrive !

Excellent customer service. Offered and given refreshments. Assistant very knowledgeable and patient. Not pushy which is most desirable. Prices seem high but the products bought are of a high quality. Told to phone if there were any further questions or problems to enquire about. Nothing was too much!

Rebecca, was very friendly had a lot knowledge, and kept me and my wife at ease ,we are very happy with the great attitude shown to us .
