Very helpful staff who had a good understanding of our needs and the products available

Andy was excellent very helpful in all areas of our questions and concerns.

The assistant Tracey was lovely and had good knowledge of the products help choosing the bed and mattress for my needs but it does help when all the staff put you at ease when going into the store you I’m in my sixties disabled and widowed so a little help goes a long way so thank you

Staff we friendly and approachable and explained the products on offer in great detail. We were offered refreshments whilst our order was placed and made to feel like nothing was too much trouble.

From the moment I entered the store I felt welcomed and given the freedom to look around and take my time choosing the right bed for me. All my questions were answered and I felt very satisfied with the package I have chosen.

The lady serving us was very knowledgeable and made it very easy for us to find a suitable bed for our needs.

We were well looked after, Donna went to great lengths to explain the difference between products, insisted we tested every one before making any decisions. There was no pressure to buy, she explained the benefits of having extra cover on some of the items we bought and went through the benefits of one type against the other. Her professionalism was excellent ant she knew her stuff. The cup of Tea wasn't bad either, very good at her job.

Andy was very approachable; he didn't do the hard sell, just talked through the options, allowing us to decide. I liked his approach as he was professional but not 'in your face' with stats. he knew his subject and was quick to provide us with vital information like the exchange of our old mattress and the availability of delivery days.

Greeted well upon entering store, offered coffee. All enquiries we made were answered well. Andy the assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us in deciding our purchase.
