Tracey helped me and checked information with her colleague. She is very knowledgeable on the products and was also able to assist with new bed linen. A very positive experience.

We went to store just to start looking and gage what style of mattress we were after. Donna was great, she explained all the different types and styles and when we found one we liked she took us through all the specifications to make choosing easy. We went from not planning on buying to now having a bed on route with awesome pillows which we have already tested.

Staff we very helpful & knowledgeable. Gave us 5* treatment and will go back again.

Lots of help available. It felt easy and appropriate to 'lie and try'. The whole experience was very smooth from entering with a 10% intention of buying a mattress, but it was so easy and Jorge who looked after us was a great help without being too pushy.
