Greeted as soon as I walked into the showroom. Professional sales staff, who were knowable in their field. Was allowed to try the product and explained quality and price differences between different mattresses. Polite and friendly staff, at this store.

Brilliant customer service with lots of knowledge on all products. Tea and coffee whilst we tried out the beds. Quick to put the order through and pay with lots of delivery dates available.

The friendliness of the staff were second to none, was very helpful and not pushy ( as you sometimes get in retail stores )
