Store wasn't overly busy which meant the sales assistants where available. Sales Assistant I spoke to was very friendly and happy to help me, explained the differences in the mattress to me, in the end I went for the more expensive option, as I tend to believe most time a higher price can mean better quality. The sales assistant also had a welcoming feeling around him and had a sense of humour.

The store was bright and spacious, service was very friendly and relaxed, no sales pressure, we did not have to wait, and we were even served coffee.

Great customer service, lady was very helpful and knowledgable. She took the time to understand our needs and helps us with our decision. She even carried the mattress down for us to the door.

Staff were very friendly, in particular Donna who helped us complete our order. She was very personalable, knowledgeable and willing to help. We went just to have a look and came out with the perfect bed at a great price. Definitely will be recommending👍

Donna was truly fantastic, this was mine and my partners first big purchase together and she made it as seamless as possible for us, listening to everything we had to say about what kind of mattress we needed to talking us through the different in frames. With her honesty as well throughout the time we were looking at what was available, meant that we have ordered the bed we could both agree on and now we cannot wait for delivery! Tracy also assisted with the order and was really helpful, it was a great experience, we got a cuppa and chinwag at the same time with these very vibrant, fun ladies!

We were approached by Rebecca shortly after entering the store, her friendly but professional manner put us at ease immediately. She was very knowledgeable and put us right on a couple of queries we had. We had been to many other stores but at Dreams the whole package was there. Good quality fair prices and competent sales people.

The assistant was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It was her assistance that picked up my mood and made the shop a pleasurable one.
