The staff was very knowledgable and helpful , very friendly ,made us cup of coffee.

Our sales assistant, Rebecca, was excellent. Rebecca helped us look for exactly what we wanted (high bedstead, very high headboard, and heightened memory foam spring mattress). We spent an hour with her and selected multiple bedsteads/headboards we liked. She knew the beds and mattresses inside out. Rebecca provided a printed quote for the four frames we liked, and allowed us to make a final choice without pushing us towards a particular one. A hospitable girl, Rebecca also made us a cuppa while we were looking for the perfect item. Finally, she explained the logistics of purchase and delivery very succinctly: how we had 48 hour to amend the order, 7 days to pay the full amount, and the perks of a paid 8-year guarantee vis-à-vis the free 12-month guarantee. Thanks Rebecca!

Becky, the dreams assistant, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and supportive of my enquiries during the telephone conversations undertaken to order the mattress chosen which will be delivered next Tuesday. Becky was an excellent ambassador for dreams and if the quality of the product is half as good as her customer service I will be delighted.

Donna was lovely and friendly greeted us straight away, told her our needs and she recommended best products.

The staff member showed us beds and gave us knowledge of the mattresses. He wasn’t “pushy” or overbearing, . He never hurried us and even offered to make us a drink. There was no pressure to buy as in some shops and that’s what I liked about him . He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were very friendly as soon as we entered the store. We were served by Donna and she was very helpful in matching our needs and helping us purchase exactly what we wanted and allowing us to take part of the order away with us on the day. The ease of ordering was also a massive plus and we will definitely look at coming back to this store when we're next purchasing something similar.

Brilliant customer service from staff members, told us everything we needed to know and was honest and didn't suffocate us! The atmosphere of the store was very positive and felt like staff genuinely were interested in making this the best experience possible. The price wasn't too bad considering the quality of the bed! Well done.

Donna, the Sales MoS, was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we need after a very brief description of our requirements were given to her. We felt that we were very valuable and important customers to her and received her undivided attention at all times.

The sales person was friendly, helpful and courteous. She was informative and knowledgeable, and wasn't 'pushy'or overbearing.
