The store assistant Tracey was very helpful, she was very knowledgeable about the product we were buying. We were offered coffee and the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful also

Was no what l call hard sell , assistant came straight away listened to what l said about my requirements and how much l wanted to spend. I was given their full attention and showed all that would suit me and and my pocket . pleased to say in no time at all l had found what l needed and told her l would be back for my next purchase

I wanted to order a particular bed and it was not showing any delivery dates at all. Lynne and Tracey were brilliant. Both took time to understand why I bed at a particular time (I am moving to a new house and have no furniture!) - and although it was not giving any info, they called someone else, got a bed released to me AND a delivery date which I can work with. I was very grateful for the extra effort which they both put into getting my purchased secured satisfactorily.

Donna was very friendly and helpful without being too pushy which tends to put us off when we are looking to purchase. After establishing with us what our requirements were she guided us to the range of beds and mattresses that fitted our requirements. Donna was very knowledgeable about each product which helped us to make our decision on our purchases. Well done on customer service.

We went into the store to "browse", and were immediately helped by Donna, who found out our needs and requirements. She showed us a number of options, always seeking feedback and offering suggestions. The only suggestion I would make is to see if the customers have a budget.
