Tracey greeted us when we walked into the store and asked us what type of beds we were interested in. I liked that she allowed us to look around and didn't start to try and sell the beds to us. We really liked the machine that works out your requirement for a mattress, again Tracey gave us time and space whilst on the machine. Tracey then showed us the options for the best type of mattress for both mine and my husbands needs. At no point did Tracey try to encourage us to buy the most expensive mattress, this I really liked. I really liked that Tracey was very knowledgeable with the different mattresses available. The store Manager was also very friendly and both made us feel at ease whilst placing the order for the bed. I was pleased that Dreams offer 0% interest free credit as I wanted to invest in an excellent quality mattress and was not able to pay the full balance immediately. My husband has severe asthma and we discovered the sleepmotion adjustable bed, this is ideal for my husband as it allows him to sleep upright when he is unwell. We are really looking forward to trying out our new bed and enjoyed the experience of choosing it!

Donna the lady who helped my daughter choose her ottoman bed and mattress was very helpful and gave information about products clearly . My daughter loved the machine where it chooses the right mattress for your body . Tyburn road is local and I bought my double bed from there too . Many thanks to Donna showing us all options for 4ft small double .

As soon as I walked in the store the staff were welcoming. I was approached by a pleasant and friendly lady called Clair. I explained what I was looking for and she showed me a wide range of products. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. Demonstrated how the storage worked and explained the choices available eg colours, headboards and price range.

Very good service, understood dislike of buttoned headboard, understood that tossing and turning in the night was a problem for partner, asked lots of questions relating to sleep issues, very helpful and friendly

The assistant who served us (ANDY) was very knowledgeable, informative regarding the product. He was caring and understanding to our needs and requirements as senior citizens. Most helpful and polite.

No issues, Donna took time to show us all the products and didn't rush us.

The assistant we dealt with was knowledgeable about the product and patient,not pushy and left us alone to decide what we wanted and gave advice when asked, overall for the expensive bed we decided on we felt it was our decision and not pushed into it, the assistant's name was Tracy. Would recommend dreams and use again
