Very pleasant staff especially Donna who served us, she wasn't pushy and knowledgeable about what we wanted

Donna our sales assistant was very helpful from the time we stepped through the door..her knowledge about all the mattresses springs etc was second to none...she left us to our own devises but was always to hand...even gave me a pillow to take with me to all the beds.... we were in store nearly two hours your time and patience made our visit feel very personal although you were busy with other customers ....we just can’t wait for our new bed to arrive... thank you dreams but the bigger thanks goes to Donna and her coffee mags and kev

We came to Erdington store on Sunday 4th November , we were greeted by Rebecca instantly and she was incredibly helpful and very pleasant. We were served promptly by Rebecca and we enjoyed our experience in your store.

Friendly and efficient service and cost of product

As we entered the store, as the usual,procedure we were approached, but when we said we were only looking, we were not pestered at all, but the assistant Lucy, said should we need any information she was more than happy to help. We were delighted with the quality, quantity of the beds and found the purchased Bed, we obviously needed some information and indepth information of how and what the Said bed was made of. To this point we approached Lucy, who was an absolute delight, informative, polite, obviously enjoying her job, well mannered, not pushy, actually just perfect. I felt the need to tell the manageress of the store,,what a delightful lady she was. 100% lively, young too!!!!

Donna was welcoming and helpful as soon as we entered the store. She listened to our needs and understood our previous experiences with mattresses. Donna didn’t immediately try to sell us the most expensive mattress - instead she showed us the differences between mattress prices which may have been suitable to our needs for comfort. However, we did fall in love with the Tempur mattress. Donna was very knowledgeable about the mattress she sold us. There was no pressure to buy right away - however we wanted to get our mattress as soon as possible so returned to the store the same evening before the store closed. Donna was also able to quickly answer any questions that we had - overall fantastic customer service.

We had taken a brochure the previous week and were given information about the product. Meanwhile we decided what we wanted and, on this visit, we established a few more details and placed the order. The staff were helpful but not pushy.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to try various options and supplied pillows to try and gain an exact position when sleeping. The manner in which the transaction of sale was conducted was relaxed and pleasant. The associate explained every transaction during the sale including the offer of insurance (which was taken). Overall a quick and easy acquisition.
