Staff were friendly, professional and offer coffee. Staff were knowledge, made suggestions and weren't pressured to buy. Lacking a little bit in terms of styles of bed available, but that did not matter too much as we already had a idea of what we wanted. Delivery was a little delay on the day, but communication from the drivers was spot on.... Drivers were polite, helpful and even took there shoes off. Overall a good service.

The staff called Lucy helped me a lot of finding the right mattress, she was so friendly and eager to help. I felt quite comfortable.

Tracey was very helpful with her advice and knowledge of the products. She was able to suggest ways to make my sleeping habits better eg use 1 pillow and even gave me a chance to try different ones. Really impressed with how nothing was too much trouble for her.

Andy was very helpful and he allowed us to look around on our own but was always here if we had any questions

Tracey provided guidance on the differences between each of the mattresses, made a cuppa and explained the process well. She gave a good explanation of the warranty options too

We were greeted by Donna when we entered the store, and her knowledge of all of the products available was excellent, and she gave us product information prior to us walking around the store testing each of the mattresses, and looking at each of the beds. When we were ready Donna sat down with us, she took our order, which was very straightforward, and we were given a choice of delivery dates to select from, to best suit our availability. Donna was extremely friendly and made our shopping experience very pleasant

The service from the sales advisors was great they were attentive and explained the products and the finance available. They were also accommodation to my step daughter whilst we were there
