Dreams - Erdington

Our daughter has recently ordered and had installed wardrobes from dreams and we were impressed so we visited show room last week to veiw the Florida range then went home to measure to ensure everything fitted before returning yesterday to place order.

customer service was very good all round

Always use dreams for new bed and mattress always satisfied with level of service and the understanding of the customers needs taking you through different products that may match your needs.

Great knowledge of the products and helped with our room measurements. Good friendly service.

I wenr in for a particular item, there was plenty of choice. I chose the item I purchased for a reason.

I was looked after by Andy who quickly understood my request and was knowledgeable and patient in explaining my options. He made me (a very nice) cup of tea, dealt with my order in a friendly and efficient way and carried my available purchases to the car for me. A great service all round.

Tracey dealt with us in a professional manner and was very quick and knew her stuff. She was so friendly and so easy to talk to you. She has a great personality and is very down to earth.. which is great working within customer services! (Most shops should have people like her). The overall vibe of the staff was lovely to sit in and all the staff very lovely and couldn't be any more welcoming e.g. offering us drinks, taking the time to talk to us and I definitely would rate Tracey a 10/10. Thanks for making us feel so welcome Tracey. From big blue eyes :)
