The sales assistant, Andy, answered all our questions whilst showing a great deal of patience. His product knowledge was good and he did not show any signs of pressuring us into making a decision. He allowed us to make our decision in our own time. Well done.

We are returning Dreams customers after deciding that our 13 year old bed was no longer supportive last time we received excellent customer service right from the very helpful sales assistant to the delivery guys . So this is why we came back today, Donna was very helpful and very knowledgeable in a none pushy way finding us the perfect bed cant comment yet on the delivery service as the bed has yet to be delivered

Tracey at the Erdington store was amazing, she helped me narrow down my choices to the perfect beds for me and my children in my new house. So many choices, she even kept the store open a little longer so help ensure we picked the right beds for us.

Tracey and Lucy were just amazing.No hard sales following us round but were available when we needed to ask.Both these ladies gave us such a giggle.Fantastic Ladies !!

Tracey was very helpful in helping us to find the bed to suit our needs. The only thing that is frustrating is even after spending over £2000 you are expected to pay extra to take away old bed and mattress. I think if you are spending a certain amount this service should be included at no additional cost
