Dreams - Erdington

Lucy was very helpful and pleasant. She allowed us time to test the beds we were interested in but was available when we needed to ask her questions. The delivery service was also excellent, we received text messages throughout the day to let us know when the bed would be delivered. It really was an overall excellent experience.

THE YOUNG GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND SHE GAVE US A LOT OF HELPFUL ADVICE TO HELP US CHOOSE WHAT WE NEEDED

As soon as i arrived I was greeted by a lovely girl called Tracy she was helpful and advised me well, as I needed a bed to help with my arthritis. Overall i was very happy with the sevice i received in store and now I waiting for my bed to arrive and start enjoying the benefit..thank you dreams

Staff at the Erdington (Ravenside Retail Park) branch are AMAZING! They made me feel so welcome and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Lucy offered to make me a cup of tea, which I was taken aback on, and a bostin cuppa too! I felt really comfortable and I had such a pleasant experience. easy to find bed and mattress we wanted - like the colour coding and clear signage your team member offered enough support but did not give us too much attention which would put it off member of staff very helpful and efficient
