Arrived at the store looking for no specific item, when we identified an interest in a particular product we were given all the information we required in a genuine and honest manor.

The store was clean and the staff friendly. We spoke to Donna about our needs for a sofa bed and she pointed us in the right direction. additionally, we were discussing our current mattress which we got from another company a few years ago which we don't find that comfortable. Donna showed us a few options and understood that we had paid a lot for our current mattress and didn't really want to spend thousands more. She recommended a mattress topper. I felt that this was nice as i didn't feel pressured to buy a complete new mattress and would consider returning to store for the topper if this is what we decide to do

All staff The Manageress and Staff Donna and Lucy gave first class service over two hours for us to find the correct matress and pillow.. And in our Birmingham sayings Walnut Whip.

Greeted with a smile and the reassurance of any support needed. No pressure, just listed to what we required and offered us the products that best suited our needs. The assistant was exceptionally Knowledgeable about all of the products we looked at and we really liked the way she offered us plenty of time to try each one. Even when we made our choice she still insisted we try it again and gave us the time to do that offering us pillows to really replicate our current sleep pattern. Coffee was offered to us and everything was hassle free. Even went out of their way to find some bedside cabinets we wanted also. Great experience, Tracey you were fabulous, Thank you.

Friendly staff And very helpful with our purchase

I was highly satisfied because of the ease with which I found what I was looking for, it didn’t feel like we spent too long searching. The guy (Andy) who served us knew all the prices of the mattresses he showed us, he knew the different firmnesses too and made us laugh.

Quick and easy, staff friendly and happy to help, was looked after and not bombarded to buy extras.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant who remembered us on our second visit. Provided with all the info we needed. Pleased with purchase and free delivery. Good choice of bed frames, mattresses and headboards to view at this store.

Assistant was very helpful and polite and not too pushy which made it a relaxing experience, when we asked questions about mattresses she showed us in detail what we were buying and how it works and the differences between each of the mattresses and bed frames.We were offered tea or coffee before and during the transaction which was nice and made us feel welcome.Everything was explained to us even the fact that we could take out a 0% interest free loan which was very useful on such a large purchase even though we did make a substantial deposit.We are looking to make further purchases of beds and will be coming back to Dreams in the future.A very satisfying experience thank you.
