We felt that the level of service and attention from Donna was excellent. We were made to feel like valued customers, and as a result made a purchase on the day. Whereas on other occasions we probably would have walked away to contemplate things We deliberately travelled to this store as we understood that there were a good range of options to choose from. We weren't disappointed. Not really knowing what we were looking for exactly, the options were patiently discussed with us and with a high level of product knowledge which enabled us to make a more informed opinion as to what our preferences were.

We were initially assisted by Rebecca, who we found to be very knowledgeable , helpful and understanding of our needs. She was not pushy and quickly gained our respect and confidence. After working out costs with us we went away to digest the figures and returned a few days later to complete the order with another of your staff Tracey, she quickly and efficiently completed the order.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff served by Andy at ravenside retail park, erdington, Birmingham. Purchased beds at dreams before and found them good quality. I like the idea of mattress recycling, thought it was a bit pricey as solihull council will dispose of half the price, but is more inconvenient to have it collected same day. I thought the bed cover guarantee is good value. Overall very satisfied.

Andy, our sales consultant was great. Really helpful and did everything he could to help us out. Very knowledgable and even put up me with haggling for as much as possible!

This is my second visit to this Dreams to purchase another bed( this time for a family member) as always the staff are helpfull and very polite. Andy has been our sales contact on both occasions.

Nice sales rep, the store was quiet which helped. He was on his own though so when other people came in he had to split between other customers. he had good knowledge and help us choose bed and mattress.

Tracey was absolutely spot on with everything, she knew the product inside out, she was very funny and understood our needs. A great sales person/manager!
