The assistants were exceptional and extremely helpful.

We went into the store to look into the difference between a king size and a super king size bed. We had a browse around the store and Lynne then came over and told us about a brilliant deal they had on an ex display bed. We were immediately interested. Lynne was so helpful and was not pushy at all. We had our 2 year old with us who was very hyper, and she was very patient and extremely friendly to him too, to try and keep him occupied and calm.

Andy was very helpful and informative. He took his time to listen to what I was looking for and giving suggestions. I walked away very happy with my purchase.

From the moment we entered the store we were received with a friendly welcome that 'wasn't in your face'. My friends had previously dealt with Rebecca and found her very helpful so we wanted to meet with her again, this was arranged for us. Rebecca's knowledge, manner and care for myself and my friends was so refreshing and nothing was too much trouble. She ensured that things were put in place so that our 'testing' of mattresses was 'like for like' with our own bases, she encouraged us to try out different firmnesses and talked us through what she thought would be the best for our needs. She was patient with the many questions we asked and allowed us time to read through all the information without rushing us. I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca and would not hesitate to recommend the store and her personally to others.
