The saleswomen was very friendly and made us feel we were important to the shop. Made it a nice experience

An assistant greeted us and asked appropriate questions to understand our needs. Clear guidance and choice was offered and the assistant withdrew at an appropriate point to allow for private discussion but remained visible throughout. Information was made available as required and was readily accessible.

The customer service was quality and the service I received I was happy with.

I had no problems whatsoever shopping with Dreams. Firstly, I was presented with a 20% (£140) reduction on my mattress and was assisted by Donna who was very pleasant and very helpful and knew exactly which mattress I was interested in buying. I was very lucky that this was in stock and delivery was just over a week. I have slept on it for two nights and am extremely satisfied with the whole proceedings.

Very friendly and helpful service from the lovely Tracey at the Erdington branch. She spent a lot of time giving advice on different mattresses after I had been on the tester machine and when I went back into store later so my partner could see, she’d remembered everything and then helped us to complete our order and was so personable. Excellent service and a lovely lady!

Friendly staff. I felt safe in store as there was not any more customers in store . Hand sanitiser on entry and staff wore masks. One staff member who arrived while we were in store also took her own temperature before she started work.

I attended the Erdington store for my order. Met by Tracey, my girlfriend and I were immediately put at ease. Professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and wanting to give first class customer service, Tracey made the entire experience effortless. Absolutely top notch service and if I need to purchase anything from Dreams again, this is the only store I will attend.

On entering the store we were greeted by Claire pointed towards the products we were interested in and then gave us time to try certain beds before recommending the Sleepmatch and she then showed us different mattresses had great knowledge on all the products, she was not pushy and listened to what we were looking for and showed and demonstrated all the beds. We were going to look at other places before we purchased but Claire was so informative and knew we had made the right choice not too waste our time looking anywhere else.
