Dreams - Erdington

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable of the products in the store, which covered all our requirements. The order was placed efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. I would certainly shop at this store again and be happy to be attended upon by this member of staff.

Sales Assistant, Donna, was extremely patient and helpful. She took time for us to try every type of bed and pillow. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have needed a new mattress for my king size bed purchased in '014 for a long time now but didn't know where to look for the best one. thought of the shop we have bought most of our bedding etc needs from - Dunhelm in Erdington. Only memory foam mattresses there and then I noticed your store nearbye. I went in and was greeted warmly by Donna. She was extremely efficient, showing me the three kingsize ‘orthopaedic’ mattresses and leaving me to lie on each for as long as I wished. Eventually I liked the Insignia /Burnham 1600 K mattress and she took the details. I also needed a soft pillow and she even found me a pair of these – very soft. We chatted for a long time about women’s thing. She was really nice, friendly and helpful. Incidentally she gave me the Code No 070 which I’m putting here for which, so far I haven’t been asked. I have never used Dreams before but since this excellent experience I have had in your Erdington store, I would always use it again and also recommend it to my family and friends for any bedroom needs.

Tracey was ace, it was her that sealed the deal, but the other girls in the store made my visit comfortable too, i thought i was going to feel embarrassed lying on beds in the middle of a store with other members of the public walking around, but not at all, it was a nice experience, i didn't feel the need to go and look elsewhere! thanks girls

The sales assistants were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They provided assistance without being pushy. They are a credit to your company.

Tracey was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time ensuring that I was going to be happy. I am writing this before delivery but her service was excellent and I got to try a lot of mattresses, and she knew a huge amount about them and had great suggestions.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided help when we needed it but weren't pushy.
