We looked at one mattress thinking it was cheaper than we thought and were then shown ones that were similar and cheaper

The store had a vast range of products for both myself and my children. With the help and assistance I received from Donna, I was able to easily pin down what I needed. There were good offers available in store and the speed of delivery was quicker than what I anticipated.

When I entered the store, someone came to assist me to find what I was looking for and when the assistant showed me the first of the ottoman product, I fell in love with it and got a little excited. I had only came to do a little window shopping to see whether I saw something I could buy. after the store assistant showed me the ottoman, it was obvious I was not planning to leave it so then, I had to find a mattress that was value for my money. The assistant took her time to go through all of the mattresses with me. I felt that the customer service was brilliant. She definitely listened to my needs, I felt valued, I also feel that I got value for money and I can't wait to enjoy my nights feeling like I am floating on a cloud.

Very satisfied with service, Tracey was polite, friendly , very knowledgeable about all the products and not a pushy salesperson. We were not rushed at all and were offered different ways of paying for our new products.

Very satisfied with the choice of products. The store was very accessible as I am a wheelchair user. The staff were very attentative and gave me a lot of good advice. They also let me have as much time as I needed trying out different mattresses which included going back and forth between mattresses to compare.

Amazing service from Tracey...wonderfully friendly and helpful - felt more like buying something recommended by a friend than walking into a showroom with salespeople. Lots of info, plenty of time to make sure we were happy, and had made the right choice, didn’t feel rushed, and the entire experience was just very positive. We came away with exactly what we needed, the option to push delivery back a little was great, so that it will be delivered to our new home rather than having to move it ourselves!
