Dreams - Erdington

After browsing for about five minutes I was approached by an assistant and asked if they could help. Two assistants offered my a coffee and the manager Lynne showed me an alternative bed to the one I was initially looking at because it wasn't in the finish I wanted. She explained the mechanics of bed (Ottoman) and also matching bedside chests. Then when I decided to buy Tracey went through everything about the purchase, delivery date (which suited me) and I even got an extra bedside chest on the three for two offer. Happy Customer!

Andy greeted me and listened to what I required and gave me different options to choose. He gave me a pillow to try on the beds as I sleep on my side. Andy sorted out my order and Tracey made me a coffee and gave me another option for the headboard which I purchased. They were both fantastic and looked after me. I will recommend this store and staff to everyone I know.

We bought our daughters dreams bed online. For our bed I dropped in as was passing and the lady was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable
