We came to purchase a bed that we needed to get to the attic and we told the lady helping us (Donna) that it was very tight so she spent all her time trying to meet our needs and even helped me pick out a mattress to my liking because I get very hot and sweaty at night and she helped me find. A tempur cooltouch mattress that was always cold at the touch and it was perfect, this is why I am Highly Satisfied with the service provided today... thanks again Donna

Tracey was very friendly from the start. She showed us all of the different types of mattress that were on offer and she engaged with our younger son who was there offering him a balloon. This sounds like a small gesture but for a 2 year old it was a really nice point. She showed us around the different types of firmness of mattress and then allowed us to sample. She never applied any pressure of sales and was open and honest about the whole experience. She worked with the store manager to try and get us the best offer possible and overall I could not fault the experience. I have subsequently found the mattress online elsewhere for a lower price, however this does not detract away from the level of service received in store.

as we walked in the store we were greeted with a smile and a friendly faces. we explained that ihad seen a mattress on line that we wished to purchase.it was up on the screen of their computer and within minutes and our order placed. we will return and recommend this lovely with so courteous and friendly efficient staff we will return to this sore for future needs.thankyou made my day.
