Dreams - Erdington

Having visited the Erdington store to look at buying a new mattress (having trialled the Emma to replace our single-coil one, but which proved too be far too warm), my wife & I were very pleased to have been looked after by ‘Tactile Tracy’, who was very polite, courteous, knowledgable and patient with us while we tried out at around a quarter of the mattresses on display. Tracy was brilliant in helping us navigate the wide array of options available, and with settling on the Tempur Sensation Elite 25 to address my overheating issue and to provide comfortable support for my wife’s back and shoulder. Sadly I couldn’t persuade Tracy to throw in a TV bed for free to go along with it, but she did kindly supplement our purchase with some free pillows, a free mattress protector and free collection of our old mattress. Tracy was truly a pleasure to deal with. :-)

Great customer service

Rebecca made our visit to your shop a pleasant one she was friendly and very knowledgeable of the product we where looking for.

We were given friendly advice. We were guided expertly through the process of choosing our new mattress and headboard. we were never made to feel rushed and our advisor always put our needs first.

My partner and I received a warm welcome from Tracey, we were offered a hot drink and left to our own devices. Instead, we approach her with questions to which she replied with a high level of knowledge of the products. She never put pressure and was never looking for an opportunity to oversell. She made an experience to remember with her warm and approachable character, friendly but always professional. During the checkout, she as very clear about costs and the delivery timescales, transparent nevertheless.

I would like to say well done to Donna for being very good at your job. I was made to feel welcomed in the dreams store. The time taken to go oven the mattresses I had chosen and I was told to put my feet up ...lie down ...and relax. It made choosing mattress to suit my needs... very easy. I want to say Thank you Donna for your support and the coffees. You and the other assistant are extremely good at your jobs....and thanks for making me buy my pillows ...Angela

Tracey, the assistant manager was extremely helpful without been pushy.

The staff were extremely friendly - there was a very positive atmosphere in the store. they couldn't do enough to help or to satisfy my requirements. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to the store, this one in Erdington in particular.

Donna the assistant really listened to our needs and showed us what was available. She understood our likes and dislikes and didn't try to sell us something she knew we wouldn't like. She allowed us time to try different bed combinations and didn't try to rush us.
