Tracey was brilliant, her product knowledge was fantastic. She made us a couple of cups of coffee and left us to it when necessary but was always there to assist and inform. Although this dreams store isn't our closest, we would definitely come back and or recommend

Availability of staff & items ... i thought there would be alot longer wait times

Andy was a very knowledgable and helpful assistant, but did not intrude while we tried out the beds he suggested to meet our need.

The staff at the store in Eddington were very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. No question was too much and the general atmosphere in the store was light and welcoming. All the staff worked well together and with individual customers they gave their full attention. The bed i ordered is a bespoke bed and so delivery is yet to be agreed but was fully explained to me. I attended with my son and daughter-in-law who also purchased products on the same day. We were all more than satisfied with the customer service and would have no problem recommending or going back to the store in Eddington

While in store we were helped during every step of the process by Donna, who took the time to understand exactly the kind of mattress we needed, took account of my back problems and the different kind of mattress my partner and I like. We went into the store having a rough idea what we wanted to buy, and were guided to the perfect mattress, which cost more than we planned to spend, but with which we are now thrilled.

Donna was very lovely and friendly and put my partner and I at ease. She made sure we were 100% happy with our choice before purchase without pushing for a sale. Excellent customer service and it should be recognised. Very happy customers

Donna and Tracey were really excellent in understanding our needs, we popped into store twice and on returning they remembered our names why we wanted it, where we are moving to and which bed and mattress we wanted. Very satisfied.

Donna was really friendly, talking us through the store layout and assessing what we were ideally looking for. She made some recommendations and then let us browse independently. She was available to assist when we had questions.

I was helped by Andy who was very welcoming, friendly and provided great customer service. He was very helpful advising me on what mattress would suit my sleeping style and budget from that advice I feel I purchased the perfect mattress for me and a great bed frame, overall a great shopping experience.
