Tracey was really helpful, friendly, not pushy and clearly knew the product she was selling to us.

we was greeted with helpful staff & smiles by your sales team, we liked how the store was set out plenty of room to move around,(Aandy) the sales man was very helpful polite & well mannered, and its his birthday on the day we get delivery our new bed, so well done Andy.

Our welcome from the start was outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable. We were made a coffee and spoken to like family, also we had our two girls of 8 months and 20 months who were very well looked after enjoying they're experience at Dreams , experiencing beds for themselves and even happily watching a pop up television in bed with cartoons while we arranged our purchase. We all loved our experience and the staff are amazing. .
