The member of staff who helped us (tracy) was really helpful. Its been way too long since we last bought a mattress and she spent time explaining all the different types, and letting us try them out. When we wanted to spend time on our own to discuss this she just left us for as long as we needed and we didn't feel pressurised into rushing into a decision.

Our sales assistant Donna was very helpful.
