Dreams - Erdington

It has a wide range in beds and mattresses to choose from and there was also plenty of staff so there was no worry on waiting for someone to come and help, the staff had plenty of knowledge on the products and the particular person that's dealt with us was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean throughout and had plenty of people and couples visiting who Were making use of lying down on the beds but you had no feeling that the shop was Crowded and you needed to get out and it was also amusing to see and hear other people feeling the same as you when lying on particular beds and thinking I want this one. We visited the shop around 8 to 10 years ago when we had our last bed which was a memory foam and was very pleased and satisfied and the reason going into the store now is that it is the base that we need replacing but we've decided to replace the mattress as well due to its age so we are looking forward to a further 10 years if not 20 years due to the product that we have bought.

We were given assistance from Tracey at the Erdington Store. She was very helpful and gave plenty of time to us which helped us make the decision to purchase our new mattress. The service was fantastic and the whole process was very easy. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress soon.

We thought thw overall experience with dreams at raven side in birmingham was brilliant there could have been a bit more information given to us regarding the products but i would recommend to family and friends as this was our first experience with dreams and we are happy our new bed comes on tge 9/3/2018
